Important dates, roles and training

The Club has commenced planning for the 2019 season and as part of this have identified a number of areas where we need help from our parent group.

The football club can only function effectively if it has volunteers from the member base and we need your help now:

  • Vacant Committee Roles.
    • Club Secretary: Runs all the administration at the club and acts as the central point between the league, other clubs and ourselves. Would suit someone working part time or at home who has an eye for detail and administration.

    • First Aid Manager: Runs all first aid at the club including managing first aid training, stocking first aid kits and centralising first aid reporting.

  • Coaching Expression of Interest
    • Part of the fun at the Zebs is getting involved with your children’s sport and there is no better way to do this than to become a coach or assistant coach
    • The Club makes sure you have the right training with our Coach the Coaches nights run by our Director of Coaching. In addition the Club pays for your SMJFL coaching accreditation. To register your interest send an email to secretary@gozebs.com and we’ll get the Football Department to give you a buzz.
